Due to the instant and downloadable nature of the online products on this site, no refunds will be given.
The only exception to this refund policy is the accidental purchase of duplicate products. With this in mind, please pay close attention to the products that you are purchasing, and ensure that they are right for your needs before going through the checkout.
Learning Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled from inside your account settings at any time, and your access will remain live until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you are on a monthly subscription, you can still access your product until your monthly renewal date, even if you cancel.
If you are on an annual billing cycle, you will still be able to access your product until the date on which your subscription would have renewed.
There are no pro-rata refunds available for online learning subscriptions.
