Frequently Asked Questions

The hours when I am usually available for consultations are: Monday to Friday mornings (9am to 1.30pm - GMT) and I have 3 x appointment time slots which are: 9 am, 10.30 am, and 12 noon.

Please note that I also limit the number of 1-1 consulting clients that I have at any one time to a maximum of 10 people.

If these days/times do not work for you, then you are welcome to join my Signature Service programme, where you can access monthly Q&A messaging support instead.

My Signature Service programmes have 2 tiers of coaching support: Library plus messaging, or 1-1 consulting.

I have deliberately kept them both at an ethical price point so that people can access support for as long as needed.  Both offer confidential guidance where you can ask quick questions throughout the month, and access a growing collection of resources. If you want a higher level of support, then you can join the higher tier to add on a 1-1 consultation each month.  

There is a minimum commitment of 3 months for each programme, as integrating change takes both time, and a certain level of commitment. 

Should you wish to cancel your subscription, simply go to your account settings, and cancel directly from there. It will reset at the end of your current billing cycle, so please keep this in mind. (Especially if you have an annual plan).  

Or, if you wish to change your subscription level at any time, you can simply cancel your current plan, and then join the new one instead. 

Please go to 'my resources' from the top menu bar. You can only see it when you are logged in. Each of the folders has it's own access page - just click the folder to get to your individual resources.

When you order custom written content, you will get a list of questions, prompts, and ideas of what you would like to include in your pages or posts. You simply work through these questions, and then send me an email with your instructions.  If I have any further questions or anything I'm not sure about, I will message you back so that we are both on the same page.  

Once I am clear about your content requests, I will complete your order as soon as I can. This may take between 7 and 14 days. If you want a more accurate time frame, or if you want your items completing quickly, please message me before placing your order.  

When your content is completed, I will send it across to you by email in Word documents. You can then simply copy and paste it into your website or blog. Or, if you prefer, I'll upload it for you instead.

Please note that re-writes or updates are not available for a couple of reasons. First, I ensure that all content is is created to the standard I would use myself.  Second, custom content services are already provided at a reduced rate so as to be more accessible for holistic solopreneurs.

Yes, of course. Everyone has their own unique voice, and style of communication, and it is difficult to replicate this. So, if you feel you want to tweak the items to suit your own voice, than you can easily make some simple adjustments.  

You also have full copyright for all custom written content, so you can edit it and use it as you wish.
