My current availability for 1-1 appointments: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (9am to 1pm - GMT).
If these days/times do not work for you, I also offer email coaching sessions as part of my regular consulting programme. You still get my undivided attention and guidance - but you don't have to be physically present for the session. Read on to find out more...
Email consultations are a great way to access individualised support. You can use them for a personal review of your wellbeing services, and for guidance on any aspect of your practice.
You simply book a session as you would do usually. Prior to this date, you sit down, organise all your thoughts, questions, and anything else you want to include, and then send it across to me prior to our session. On the day of our email session, I set a timer, give my undivided attention to your email, an use our time to write a reply. This may include any thoughts, ideas, answers, and anything else which you have asked about in your email to me.
I find that email sessions work well because they are more structured than a regular conversation, and they allow you to write down all the things that you want to ask beforehand, which can be helpful with clarity. You can also work them into your own schedule much more easily than an in-person session. Plus, I find that some people just prefer to communicate through email - it can bring a higher level of clarity as you process your thoughts into written words.
Email support can also work very well for highly empathic people who might be struggling with their own energy levels, and people who are experiencing chronic exhaustive conditions.
Email messaging in the Q&A circle is used for baseline support - for when you have occasional questions about your health, mindset, or business. For example, checking in for some support with a challenging situation, simple guidance on the best software or resources, or general issues which come up throughout each month. You email me directly, and I will answer your question in confidence. Should you have a more complex question, I may add it to my creation schedule, make a short video about it, and add it to the library.
In contrast, 1-1 email sessions provide specific individualised guidance, and are available instead of a 1-1 video consultation. So I will spend a set amount of time looking at your website, services, copywriting, health situation, and so on. Then I will send you my thoughts, ideas, and guidance on what to do next. This option provides 1-1 guidance which is specifically tailored for you, and for your individual practice.
Please note that there is a recommended commitment of at least 3 sessions for my coaching programmes, as you are unlikely to make any real progress in a time period which is shorter than this.
I have deliberately priced my programmes at an ethical level, so that they remain accessible for the time needed to create changes. So, with this in mind, I recommend persevering where you can. If you feel that you are struggling, you are welcome to message me directly to discuss how I may be able to help.
However, you can cancel your subscription at any time by going into your account, and cancelling it directly from there. Your billing will stop at the end of your current cycle, and you will no longer have access to your subscription.
Please note that there are no partial refunds available for cancelling in the middle of a billing cycle, so please keep this in mind.
Whilst I would be sad to see you go, I do appreciate that people move on, and I simply wish you all the best for the future.
If you wish to change your subscription type, then you will need to cancel your current plan, then re-subscribe to the new one.
Your current plan will stop at the end of your billing cycle. So, if you are going to change your plan, then I recommend doing this just before your renewal date, so that you are not paying for any crossover time.
You need to login to access your resources. Once you are logged in, please go to 'My Resources' from the top menu bar, and then click on your subscription to go straight to your own specific resources pages. Each of the folders has it's own access page - just click the folder to get to the individual access pages. Then click the 'start' button to view the items.
Alternatively, you can simply click on the 'Dashboard' link on the top menu bar. From here you can access all the areas that you need to, including sending messages through to me, booking 1-1 consultations, and finding out the latest news and resources.
